E.V.S. Photography Pricing & Policy Studio Sessions:

$100/hour (1 person):

Up to 3 outfit changes in-studio.

30-minute minimum required per session.

     Example: A 30-minute session = $50 minimum fee.

$150/hour (2–5 people):

Up to 2 outfit changes in-studio.

30-minute minimum required per session.

     Example: A 30-minute session = $75 minimum fee.


Note: The 30-minute minimum applies only to studio sessions, ensuring enough time for quality shots and adjustments without rushing the process. 


Outdoor & Event Sessions Hourly Rates:

$150–$300/hour, depending on event size and complexity.

Travel time is included in the hourly rate for locations outside the studio.


Photo Pricing:

Basic Enhancements (No Photoshop):

$10 per photo for the first 100 photos.

$5 per photo after 100 photos.

Photoshop Edits:

$20 per photo for the first 100 photos.

$10 per photo after 100 photos.

RAW Photos (optional):

$30 per photo.


Payment Policy:

Booking Deposit (50%):

Required before the session to secure your booking and account for travel time & preparation.

Remaining Session Fee (50%):

Due immediately after the shoot, covering the rest of your hourly/session rate.

Photo Selection & Payment:

After the shoot, clients will select photos they wish to keep.

Payment for photos will depend on the chosen style (Basic, Photoshop edits, or RAW).

No photos will be delivered until  ( FULL PAYMENT) is received.


Additional Details:


Travel Policy:

For Outdoor or Event locations, the total time of travel is calculated as part of the hourly rate.

Cloud Storage:

Photos are stored and available for download for one year. Extend storage for $10/year.

Contract Signature:

All clients must review, initial, and sign the agreement before any session begins.


Additional Equipment & Special Requests:

       (Optional) For certain shoots, additional equipment, props, custom backdrops, outfits, stylists, or other specialized services may be required to meet your specific vision. These items will be carefully sourced to align with your needs and budget. Please note that the cost of these additional services or items will vary and will be incorporated into the overall session pricing.

       A deposit for these additional requirements will be required, and the total cost will be included in the final hourly rate. No services or special equipment will be secured until the deposit is received.

**Print Pricing & Policy**

Prints are priced separately from your photoshoot session. The following are the prices for various print sizes and finishes:

All prints come in **Glossy** as the standard option, with additional charges for **Lustre**, **Matte**, or **Metallic** finishes.

**Deposit Requirement**: A 50% deposit is required for all print orders before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your prints.
